Kuba Gąsiorowski is the co-managing partner at WEBER Lawyers, head of the international trade, IP and dispute resolution practices, advising on daily basis to companies entering foreign markets and encountering cross-border disputes. He is Polish qualified attorney and holds Ph.D. in law from Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Mr. Gąsiorowski is also alumni of the Fulbright Scholarship which he held at the Institute of International and Comparative Law of Columbus School of Law in Washington D.C. Mr. Gąsiorowski writes for Polish media and think-tanks on the American legal and political systems. He is an author of the book entitled: “Project America”, on the roots of American political and legal ideas, published by Wolters Kluwer.
